What we collect

When you send a trade enquiry through our website we receive the details you enter: company, country, your name, email address, your role, the products you are interested in and your message.

The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote or offer. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Who sees it

Your enquiry is delivered by email to our sales team. Our website hosting and email providers process it on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship, and delete enquiries that did not lead to cooperation within 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy. Write to info@misknamas.eu. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
